College of Nursing Sciences: Invitation for Application Into Twelve (12) Months Training Programmes

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into twelve (12) months training programmes in Orthopaedic Nursing, Accident and Emergency Nursing and Burns and Plastic Nursing for 2026/2027 academic session.

• ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

Applicants must be Registered Nurses with at least one (1) year Post-registration experience and a current practice license.  Applicants must possess a minimum of Five (5) Credits including English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology in WAEC, NECO or NABTEB in not more than Two (2) sittings.

• Sales of Forms commencement date:   2^nd March, 2026
• Sales of Forms Closing date:             31st May, 2026
•  Method of Application:

• Forms are obtainable on line vide the Hospital website https:/www.nohkano.gov.ng after the payment of non-refundable fee of the sum of N10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Naira Only) to the Hospital through Remita.
• Visit Remita net and click on pay Federal Government.
• Scroll to National Orthopaedic Hospital Dala Kano and click on the purpose.
• Make payment and print the receipt.
• Access the application form, fill and print. 
• Completed Forms are to be submitted to the school alongside the credentials and receipt.

• Selection:

Eligible candidates will be shortlisted for the entrance examination which will comprise of written and oral interviews.

• Date for written test:            –         3^rd June, 2026
• Date for oral interview:       –         4^th June, 2026
